3. Your content

You retain ownership of designs and files you create. You grant Skaplo a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload or use any content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malware, scraping at scale, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Outputs and manufacturing

Skaplo helps generate technical outputs such as cut lists and DXF files. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, materials, tolerances, and safety before production or installation. Outputs are provided "as is" for your professional judgment.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to applicable data retention in our Privacy Policy.
